This is the best healthy breakfast ever. I think I can call myself an addict. Because of my gluten allergy, I’m always looking for a good breakfast to start my day with, and for the last couple of months, this is the one!
| Vanilla yoghurt | One apple (baked) | Cinnamon | Chia seeds (yes, the superfood)
After a night of partying (depending on my condition of course) I add raisins and walnuts. Enjoy it!
I just found something really nice! I actually just love it. It could be that the rest of the world already found out about this great concept, but I didn’t. And now I do. I knew the earlier concept of Kinfolk and I’ve always loved it but now they came op with the most beautiful cookbook I ever saw. To be honest, it makes me very jealous and I wish I can come up with something that cool. But I probably won’t.
Anyway, take a look on their website or be kind to yourself and just buy the damn thing.
This pie doesn’t really need a lot of text to explain the greatness of it. With every bite is will become clear that your dentist might not be very happy with this one, but life is to short to keep the wise words of your dentist in mind. Enjoy!
Take the nougat and 400 grams of treacle waffles, cut them in small pieces in the food processor and put them aside. Make sturdy whipped cream and add the monchou, cinnamon and sugar. Please take the time to taste it, it’s is great allready.
Take the nougat and waffle pieces en heat them for a short while so it becomes soft and sticky. Cover the bottom of a greased tin with a part of the cookie crumbs and press a bit. Put a proper layer of the mixture on it and sprinkle it with the cookie crumble. Repeat this until it has the hight you want. Put the cake in the rifrigerator and let it rest for a couple of hours.
When it’s ready for serving, put small peaces of the waffles on it for decoration and your ready! My guests where impressed!
